Gearing up to start #revising the Paranormal Protectorate

As I approach the end of the Penny revisions and try to settle on one of the titles I’ve come up with, I’m gearing up to start revisions on two of the Paranormal Protectorate re-releases. That means trying to make sense of the notes I’d made on the series in the past.

I make notes in the notebook as I sort through the loose, handwritten pages that comprise some if not most of the notes on this older series

So I’m re-reading the stories. I’ll probably try working up a timeline of events, too, as I begin organizing the information into a more cohesive and understandable form.  I’m also looking at the series as a whole.

There’s a Paranormal Protectorate story currently stagnating in my WIP folder. I need to find that plot and see if I can do anything with it. The numbering on that series some how turned strange, at least in my WIP. I know how many stories that were published in that series, but that doesn’t match the number on one of the stories in my folders. It’s likely that I’d numbered it during a save and mis-numbered it during another save. But just to make sure I’ll do a search through my back-up hard drive. I’m fairly sure I haven’t missed anything or lost a story.

I’m going to try to add a little to the short story Devon’s Vix . (It does have a new title, but that will be revealed after I send in Penny’s book.) There are a few things I’d like to expand on and rework.

I hope you have a wonderful day. I have to get back to the manuscript.
