Tonight, I wrote those sweet words that every writer loves. The End. Well it’s the end of the first draft of Stone and Fire. The revising is still ahead.
Those two words are sweet, because they’re also always a beginning. I get to delve into new characters, new worlds. The gargoyles of this paranormal world are going into the rest cycle for a little while until revision. I’ll be picking up Leslie’s story (Leslie who was introduced in Latent Desires).
I’m still plotting this so I won’t immediately be getting immediately to work. The graphic above does offer an interesting option rather than immediately. I could kill a few zombies. While zombie thrashing does have its draw, this time I’ll pick up one of the other stories. As I’m writing that, I’ll get a little work done on the plot for Leslie’s story. After all, I do have to find a way to get her together with that man.
