I just signed up for the 70 days of Sweat challenge over on Allison Kent’s blog. I’ll be working on two books. Primal Encounter which I’m determined to kick out of stalled status. It’s getting a new beginning and a new attitude. I’ve got the hero’s name now and a pretty good idea of where I’m going. (Well as good of an idea as this pantser ever has.) I’ll also be working on Lisia’s Journey, a cat shifter story that I’m just beginning involving some nasty space pirates and a woman just trying to get home. All total, I hope to write 80,000 words in 70 days.

I’ll be checking in occasionally here with progress on these two WIP.

    I’m in too at 75K…er 70K…ok 6…5…60K! Me, as you know, I’m not so positive about. 😉

  2. You can do it, Mel! Don’t let the massive word count scare you. I’m only thinking about what I need to write today. 1143 words isn’t that bad.
